👻 Carted — Support

What is this app?

Carted is a pretend-delivery playground with Mort, your little ghost courier. Explore fictional kitchens in real cities, fill an imaginary cart, and enjoy the delivery story. No food is ordered and nothing is charged. Replays are free; daily quests refresh at your local 4am cutoff.

Common questions

Is anything real? The cities and the dishes are real. The restaurants are fictional, the couriers are ghosts, and no money ever changes hands. That's the whole point.

What is the community table? An optional shared conversation with a fresh daily question. Each person's Mort carries their note in the outfit selected when posting. Human notes use persistent nicknames and real reactions; Mort's separate host card is labeled fictional.

Why can't I post? Built-in content checks run without requiring an external moderation service. A connection failure or temporary service pause can still prevent posting; your draft stays private until accepted. Spam controls allow 20 Table notes and 20 notes across your Booths per rolling 24 hours, with at least 30 seconds between notes. A rejected note stays editable so you can try again.

Why does an old invitation ask for a new link? Community connections now use private, automatically issued credentials. An old device identifier cannot claim another person's nickname or friend membership. Older invitations can be read-only; create and share a new secure invitation. Anyone with a Booth link can read that Booth, so share it carefully.

Do I need a password? No. The app keeps a private community connection token on your device. Do not share or email it. Clearing storage or losing the token creates a new community identity; Mort's remaining local progress is separate.

Can I fix my nickname? Yes. Open Profile → Community nickname. Your first correction is available immediately; later changes have a 30-day cooldown.

Will I lose my progress if I miss a day? Mort's collected memories, owned outfits, and earned milestones stay. Daily quest opportunities refresh; missing them does not remove what you've earned. Progress is stored on your device, so deleting the app or clearing website data can remove it.

Do skins cost money? The current wardrobe uses coins earned from optional quests. It has no real-money checkout. You never have to spend to play or spend time with Mort.

How do I stop notifications? Turn them off in Carted, iOS Settings → Notifications → Carted, or your browser's site permissions. Notifications are optional.

How do I report a note? Use its report control to hide it for you and send it for review. If sending fails, contact us below with the approximate time and what happened; never include your private connection token. Carted is not an emergency or crisis response service.

How do I delete my data? Deleting the app removes local progress, but does not itself request deletion from the server. For server-held data, contact us before clearing storage if possible so we can arrange an ownership check. Reported-content and legal-preservation exceptions are explained in the privacy policy.
