๐Ÿ‘ป Carted โ€” Community Terms & EULA

Effective: September 6, 2026 ยท These terms cover tonight's community table, private booths, and any user-generated content in Carted.

Carted's community table is an optional, moderated nightly check-in. People post under a persistent nickname connected to a private, automatically issued community credential; there are no random matches or direct messages. To keep it welcoming, everyone who posts agrees to these rules.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and people who break them are blocked.

What you agree to when you post

How we keep the table safe

Mort is fiction

Mort's host notes, postcards, and stories are authored fictional content. Mort is not a human participant, a live support person, or a private-message service. A Mort avatar beside a community nickname represents that person's words; it does not mean Mort wrote or endorsed the note.

Private connections and invitations

Do not share your private community connection token or attempt to claim another person's identity. Clearing app storage can create a new community identity and does not restore old friend membership. Older invitations may be read-only; create a new secure invitation to participate. A Booth is private to whoever holds its link, not a guarantee that an invited person will keep its content private.

If you're having a hard night

If a post suggests someone may be in crisis, we show a link to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988, free, 24/7 in the US). Carted is not a crisis service, a substitute for professional help, or a medical provider.

Enforcement

We may remove any content and restrict or block any user, at our discretion, to keep the room safe โ€” including for conduct not explicitly listed above. Repeated or serious violations result in a permanent block.

The rest

Carted is a simulated experience โ€” no real food is ordered and nothing is charged. The service is provided "as is," without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for user-generated content or for indirect or incidental damages. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
